UPDATE: This event has been rescheduled due to rain. The new date is May 30th, 10 AM-1 PM.
We’re excited to host our very first official Farm Tour & Field Day!
Join us for a self-guided walking tour of the farm featuring seven interactive stops across our working operations, including the orchard, HAPA Honey apiary, compost station, in-ground crop rows, greenhouse, berry rows, and finally a fermentation farm picnic with refreshments. At each stop, you’ll learn how we grow, tend, and harvest our crops—and why small, local farms and restaurants matter.
The tour will conclude on the lawn of the Swanner House, where guests will enjoy a fresh lunch from Fermentation Farm and house-made kombucha.
What’s included:
Farm tote bag (one per adult ticket)
Honey tasting from HAPA Honey Farms
One complimentary seedling to take home
Seasonal field tastings throughout the tour
Fermentation Farm lunch and kombucha
(choice of chicken or tuna salad, chips, vegetables, and fruit)
Honey from HAPA Honey Farms and a selection of plants will also be available for purchase on-site.
This event is all about connecting our community to the importance of small, local farms and the role they play in our health and food system. You’ll see firsthand the care and processes that produce the nutrient-dense, healing foods served at Fermentation Farm—and leave with something to grow at home.
All ticket sales from this event serve as a fundraiser to support the farm’s continued growth and development!
